- Sign in to the GOTR app.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Delete your GOTR account.
GOTR (Get On The Road) is operated by Copper Flame Ltd. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “GOTR account deletion request” and include your name and account email address so we can verify the request.
Do not send your password, authentication token, payment-card details, or identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

What happens to your data
After verification, we will delete your app account and personal data associated with that account. Where records must be retained for legitimate legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, only the information needed for that purpose will be retained for the required period.

Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an active app-store subscription. Cancel any subscription separately through the store where it was purchased before deleting your account to prevent future renewal.
