Pupil Data

Pupil data entered into the GOTR system belongs to the instructor for the purpose of record keeping and lesson management. This information remains under the control and responsibility of the instructor. Pupils or their parents/guardians cannot directly delete pupil data from the system. Data deletion requests must be made directly to the instructor, who has the authority to remove or delete pupil records as needed.

Please note that even when pupil data is deleted, certain information will be retained for record keeping purposes only. This includes lesson date and time, and paid status. This retained data is used solely to maintain accurate financial and scheduling records and is not used for any other purpose.
